Fabulous items, affordable prices, limited quantity
When Sweet Buffalo was recently invited to Style by LeDoux headquarters to try on clothes, we were absolutely elated. The online clothing boutique just launched 30 days ago and we were already hooked. From gorgeous dresses to jumpsuits and jewelry you won’t find anywhere else, we had to learn more about this amazing boutique.
“If you’re bold, if you’re fun, and you’re chic at the same time, that’s our girl,” said Jesse Ladoue, owner.
Ladoue officially launched Style by LeDoux, her passion project as she calls it, just last month. Ladoue is a former pageant title holder who now helps coach other queens. When she realized how difficult it was for these contestants to find a unique outfit to stand out among the rest, she decided to found Style by LeDoux.
“I wanted to empower women to look fabulous without spending a fortune and I wanted them to stand out,” she said. “Everything we have at Style by LeDoux is reduced limited inventory because I don’t want someone to feel like they are getting a number garmet or see it across the street from them. I want them to really feel special and I want them to stand out with whatever occasion they have.”
And when you think about your wardrobe, you’re not just putting clothes on your body so you can leave the house looking decent, you’re putting clothes on your body to represent how you feel and who you are. Every person you meet, before you even open your mouth, you’re putting an impression on, which is why Style by LeDoux owner Jesse Ladoue says she’s so passionate about her boutique.
“I want women to feel really special and I wanted to go above and beyond to find that perfect outfit for them,” she said.
But knowing how much time and effort it would take to launch the boutique, Ladoue decided to enlist some help. She hired Buffalo locals Jenna Corrao and Lucy Lopez to bring her boutique to life.
Corrao will soon be a sophomore in college, majoring in fashion merchandising. Fashion is her passion, so when the opportunity came up to intern at Style by LeDoux, she was more than excited. Cora is all about the content creation and she’s the presence on social media.
Lopez is the brand manager who makes sure Style by LeDoux is being consistent with the brand. She’s very energetic and enthusiastic about the boutique and she loves seeing Ladoue’s vision come to life.
“Bringing in the right team makes all the difference,” said Ladoue. “I never would have picked my head off the pillow and done this if I didn’t put a team in place and now they hold me accountable.”
