Please share and help Albany teen’s last wishes come true

An Albany teen with a very rare form of bone cancer has decided to cease treatment and enjoy the time he last left in this world. It’s a very sad story, but all Jacob wants to do now is live his life to the fullest and you can help!

Jacob has a bucket list which includes meeting Chris Pratt and Jeff Dunham. Jacob’s mom, Barbara, is a single mom to Jacob and his brother, Lee. They would like to go camping, go on small trips, and go in a space simulator. A GoFundMe page has been set up and every donation will go toward seeing this young man smile: www.gofundme.com/jacobswishes.

Here are some of his wishes:

Do indoor skydiving
Swim with sea turtles
Stand under a waterfall
Meet someone famous like Chris Pratt or Jeff Dunham
Be on a movie set
Go camping
Go to the ocean
Go to a hot spring
Visit younger brother Shane in Michigan

This young man deserves the world. See what he has to has to say about the community’s support here.

Facing terminal cancer, a Shenendehowa student is looking to make the most of the time he has left, including meeting stars like Chris Pratt & Jeff Dunham. Our Matt Hunter has more: http://specne.ws/vvHVzg

We at Triple R Camping Resort and Trailer Sales in Franklinville NY will donate a free weekend in a deluxe cabin or RV or tent site. Whatever Jacob would like. Cancer has effected to many lives already. Lets stand together against it. I will also be reaching out to Camp Good Days and Special Times. James McCullough is a great fried of ours at the camp. Lets make something happen together.
