Rock A Bully concert to support spay, neuter of bully breeds

Next weekend gather your friends and take them to a concert they won’t forget at Marcella’s Nightclub in Buffalo – all for an amazing cause!

Fix A Bull, a free pit bull/pit mix spay neuter program, presents the Rock a Bully fundraiser 6 to 11 p.m. Sept. 22. The organization has helped 350 pit bulls get spayed and neutered in Erie and Niagara Counties since its inception, preventing possibly thousands of puppies that could have overwhelmed local shelters and rescues.

The event includes live music and entertainment from Lower Town Trio, Previous Love, Good Dude, Smoke Yourself Thin and special guests appearances. Pin Ups for a Cause will make an appearance and food, an auction and merchandise will also be available.

Pre-sale tickets are $20 per person and available at www.fixabull.org, Daisy’s Doghouse and Buffalo Barkery. Your ticket includes admission, food from local restaurants and drink specials.

“We are thrilled to have the Rock A Bully event back to raise breed awareness and funds for Fix-A-Bull. We can truly see the difference we are making in Western New York since our program started in 2011. Fix-A-Bull fills that financial gap for those responsible bully breed owners that do no qualify for other spay/neuter programs,” said Danielle Darowsz-Greek of Fix-A-Bull.
