In an effort to bring some fun to fundraising, the SPCA is hosting a very unique and awesome way for parents to celebrate their child’s relationship with their rescue animals and win a chance to be featured in the SPCA’s 2018 calendar!
The contest is simple. Submit a photo of your child who is 10 and under and their rescue pet (the rescue need not be from SPCA of Niagara), write a little story telling everyone what makes the bond between your rescue and your child special, and then spread the word on social media to obtain votes! Each vote costs $1 with proceeds going directly to the SPCA of Niagara. You can vote as many times as you want yourself and you can nudge your friends and family to vote as well.
Thirteen participants who receive the highest amount of votes will win a photography session with your child and rescue for the 2018 SPCA calendar. The top winner will be on the cover of the calendar and will receive a variety of gift cards. The contest starts today and will end March 15, so get your votes in while you can! It’s all fun and all for a good cause!
