12-year-old senior dog named Arthur in need of a forever home

We will never know why sweet senior dogs end up at the shelter, but we do know that we will try our best to find them a forever home.

Meet Arthur. He’s a 12-year-old handsome boy at Niagara County SPCA who is looking for a good home. He loves car rides and fresh air on his face. He also likes ice cream and hugs.
