Grizzley was surrendered to the Niagara County SPCA on Dec. 29, 2016 due to lack of room for him. The kennel life is not for Grizzley. He experienced extreme stress in the kennels and has been continuously worked with to help him adjust to life there. He’s also learning to become quite a gentleman and would benefit with additional obedience training – he knows sit, stay, & fetch. He is also crate trained.
Grizzley would do best in a home with children over age 13 due to his energy level. He also seems to do best with a female dog rather than another male.
His adoption fee is $135 and includes his neuter, updated vaccinations, and microchip. But mention this Sweet Buffalo article and get 50 percent off Grizzley’s adoption fee! Call the SPCA of Niagara at 731-4368 to schedule a meet and greet.
