A smiling dog was found in Buffalo and his finders are searching for his parents.
He was found on Hertel Avenue in Buffalo. Seems to be in good health and is not microchipped (it was checked).
The finder already checked with Buffalo Police District D and no reportings of missing pup. Dog control was also alerted. He does has a scrape on his nose, and face and did have a bloody mouth and minor cuts on his body.
