Stella Usiak of North Tonawanda was so excited to see her idol, Taylor Swift, at a concert last night in Toronto. Stella has been battling leukemia since 2011 and Taylor Swift and her music gives her the motivation to keep fighting. Sadly, right before the concert, Stella broke her leg. Her body is very fragile and the exciting weekend she and her mom had planned in Canada turned into a nightmare. She is currently in a hospital in Canada.
Now friends are tagging Taylor Swift as much as they can in posts and raising funds for Sweet Stella who doesn’t deserve this. She deserves a night of happiness spent singing along with the person she looks up to the most. Stella is a member of Kaely’s Kindness Foundation, a local nonprofit that helps bring together teen girls fighting cancer and hosts events and fun activities in the community for them to enjoy.
