A 29-year-old Buffalo man is in desperate need of a kidney. His mother made a plea on social media to help save her son.
“I’m writing in the hopes of finding someone who would be a possible match to give a kidney and save my son’s life,” said Lynda Gibson. “It’s not for everyone and I completely understand that, but even if the story can be shared there’s someone out there who can be that hero.”
Jason Batch has stage 5 kidney failure which is the last stage. His blood type is B and he can take B /0 – or + . With the help of someone out there, you may be the one to save his life. You can reach the transplant team at ECMC by calling Alicea Wirth-Gonser at 898-4932 or emailing awirth1@ecmc.edu. You may also contact Lynda Gibson at 939-6718 for further information.
“Please help my son. Jason is an amazing person. He’s not a dad, he’s never been married, never had children and without a working kidney he will never have those chances in life. Only nine percent of both of his kidneys are working. We are desperate to save his life.”
