The beautiful sunflower field in Sanborn many have come to look forward to is now under fire. They received a cease and desist by the Town of Cambria and now 1,000 people have signed a petition to allow the sunflower field to keep operations going.
“Why shut something down that brings happiness to people? So many people travel to take pictures and make happy, lasting memories,” said Karen McCormick on the Change.org petition.
“Please do not take this away. It is such a blessing to have it for the community,” said JoAnn Bennet.
