Imagine being a senior citizen and whoever was taking care of you left you out in the cold. You were found by caring people who brought you to the SPCA but you’re way too old to listen to the constant barking in the kennels, not to mention you have trouble walking.
That’s the case for poor Howie at the SPCA, a senior dog who has stiff legs and vision issues and just needs a place to rest his head.
