Working on Christmas Eve might not be the most ideal way to spend the holiday…unless Bills wide-receiver Stefon Diggs pulls up to your drive-thru window.
That’s what happened to McDonalds employees in West Seneca when Diggs gifted them all with $200 each.
Mackenzie Ellerbrock went live on Instagram to share the story. She said Diggs pulled up to the drive-thru and the employees asked “are you Stefon Diggs???” He replied “in the flesh” and then asked how many people were working and decided to gift all six with $200.
Ellerbrock said the fact that Diggs decided to take time out of his day to spread the love meant the world. She said she and her coworkers were stressed out from having to work on Christmas Eve and this gesture made their whole night.
“He was literally so nice,” said Ellerbrock.
I think we can add these happy workers to the long list of fans rooting for the Bills on Sunday.
