In memory of the world’s greatest dog, Molly LaRussa, who passed away at the age of 13. Molly came from the SPCA Serving Erie County. She was surrendered by her owner and then adopted, only for her next owner to want to return her to the SPCA too. A nice man wouldn’t let that happen so he adopted Molly and then I came into Molly’s life later when I married the nice man. Molly was with us through everything for the past 11 years. When we got married, when we had our first child, when we brought in a rescue puppy and then a shelter dog. She was always so welcoming to other animals. Nothing brought Molly greater joy than being around her people, her fur siblings and eating her favorite foods. Molly had the sweetest heart and would never hurt a fly. We feel so grateful that we were able to have her as part of our family, a family that loved her and would never make her feel unwanted or abandoned. In her memory we will continue to help find dogs the very best of homes where their people will cherish them and never, ever abandon them. We will miss you every day Molly and you will always be in our hearts.
