Sweet Pepper has been waiting forever for her person to come and take her away and give her the life she so deserves. Pepper is a 4 year old female pit mix. She is one of the SPCA of Niagara’s longest residents; she sits patiently waiting every day hoping that this will be the day her new family will take her away!
