Tomorrow is the big day for many Western New Yorkers as they will be walking in the 25th annual Aids Walk Buffalo at 9 a.m. at Hoyt Lake at Delaware Park.
HIV and AIDS affects thousands of WNYers and their families and this walk is a reminder to #KeepTalking about HIV. The best part is all funds raised stay right here in Buffalo, benefiting Evergreen Health. The organization has already raised $103,852 of their $90,000 goal! How amazing is that?
If you can’t make the walk and would still like to help, visit aidswalkbuffalo.kintera.org/faf/home/default.asp?ievent=1170385 to make a donation. A donation of $100 or more enters you into a raffle to win two round trip jetBlue tickets to a destination of your choice. You may also visit this site to register to walk – but remember it’s tomorrow, so time is running out!
