A Niagara County couple had their lives changed forever when the motorcycle they were riding on in Wyoming County was hit by a driver who was high on drugs. The driver swerved into Dave and Miverana Stefanski’s lane, killing one of their friends who was also on a motorcycle, and leaving everyone else permanently disabled.
It’s unfair that a couple who did nothing wrong but try to enjoy a scenic cruise on a nice summer evening have to struggle physically and financially. The couple can no longer work, leaving bills to pile up. Friends are now hosting a benefit for the Stefanskis to help during this difficult time.
Spring Back with Dave and Minerva will be held 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 25 at Gratwick Hose Fireside Pub, 110 Ward Road, North Tonawanda. A $20 donation includes, food, beer, wine, and soda. There will also be basket raffles, big ticket items, 50/50 tickets, split and booze cart.
