Who will win Sunday’s game – the Buffalo or the Jaguar? Two zoos are placing a friendly wager on which team will take on the win – and all for a good cause.
“A jaguar may be fast and cunning, but stands little chance against a herd of well built and winter-hardy buffalo,” said Norah Fletchall, Buffalo Zoo President.
Here’s the wager. If the Buffalo Bills win on Sunday, the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens will contribute financially to the North American Bison Coalition and provide the Buffalo Zoo with a Jacksonville treat – chocolate popcorn. If the Jaguars win, the Buffalo Zoo will contribute to the Rupununi Wildlife Research Unit and send sponge candy.
Sounds pretty fair, right?
PS – We bet Buffalo Zoo staff is looking forward to that chocolate popcorn they will be receiving when the Bills take home the win.
