The community is stepping up for several local families who lost everything in a fire. Janelle and Kevin Voelker of Youngstown were displaced after a fire broke out at an apartment complex at 310 Main St. They were able to get out unharmed but only with the clothes on their backs. They have a young daughter in high school.
