Dog found tied up and abandoned near railroad tracks in Niagara Falls

This poor dog was found tied up to a tree next the railroad tracks south of McKenna Avenue in Niagara Falls today.

We don’t know why someone would do such a thing, but we are glad the pup is in safe hands now. He or she was found by Niagara Falls police. If anyone knows who owns this dog please contact Officer David Bower NFPD Animal Control Unit at 716-345-6431.
