The North Tonawanda community is coming together to raise funds for a little girl who experienced an unspeakable tragedy yesterday.
Authorities say as a mother who was trying to get her vehicle stuck out of the snow on Oliver Street, had her daughter, 10, get in the driver’s seat. The little girl accidentally hit the accelerator and her mother was dragged underneath the car. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Now the NT community is standing by the child’s side.

The funds will be released to her father, and a trust will be set up for the child, as well as some funds being allocated for funeral expenses.
