Eric Wood’s football days are over. After suffering a neck injury, he is no longer cleared by a doctor to play football. Bills fans are heartbroken for Wood and his family, so to show their respect they’ve been donating in $70 increments to his foundation today.
The Eric Wood Foundation has done so much to help chronically ill children in need from hosting special outings to meeting young fans, he has gone above and beyond to prove that he truly cares.
Wood didn’t just raise money for children, he’s put countless smiles on their faces. Just ask any parent of a chronically ill child in Western New York and they will probably have a story for you about how the football player brightened their child’s day.
