Well this should leave a lot of people in a sour mood today. Fantasy Island, an amusement park in Grand Island that has been around for what seems like forever, has announced in a Facebook post that it is closing its doors.
“Regrettably, Fantasy Island is closing and ceasing operations. We are grateful for the many years we’ve had together and appreciate your support and patronage. Please visit our website www.fantasyislandny.com for answers to some commonly asked questions.”
Their website also seems to be down. Probably because there’s so much traffic right now, but when it is up, it says you can visit it for questions about the closure here: http://www.fantasyislandny.com.
