The event is open to children and families who are battling or have battled pediatric cancer and life-threatening illnesses, chronic illness, medical complexities, disabilities and bereaved families and siblings.
Costumes will be provided for kids free of charge by signing up below! The Halloween Party will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29 at Sto Lat, 4475 Transit Road, Buffalo.
