A local man is grateful to a sixth grader who after witnessing his car being hit by a school bus she rides in, left a note to explain what happened.

“My first reaction was how grateful I was that someone took the time to write that note. It saved me a lot of headaches when having to figure out what happened,” said Andrew Sipowocz, a baseball player at Canisius College.
And upon seeing it was a sixth grader who left the note, he said he was highly impressed. The young lady even drew a photo of what the bus looked like and provided step by step details of the accident.
“It takes a lot of courage to go out of your way to tell the truth like that,” he added.
Sipowicz posted a photo of the note on Twitter which has since went viral with 132,000 shares. The student who wrote the letter has been found and they are currently in the process of finding a way to reward her for her actions.
