Students from Court Street Elementary brightened the day of 120 seniors this Valentine’s Day with the help of nonprofit, Senior Wishes.
Senior Wishes organized a Valentine’s Day event at Ellicott Center Rehabilitation and Nursing where kids handed out goody bags, smiles and hugs to seniors last Wednesday.
The goody bags contained a puzzle book, pen, lotion, lip balm, tissues, stuffed animal, candy hearts and a homemade Valentine’s Day card created by Cori Greenawalt’s second grade students at Court Street Elementary.
How sweet is that?
