Want to enjoy a 5K while supporting a wonderful church? Well look no further than the fifth annual Our Lady of Czestochowa (OLC) 5K & 1-mile fun walk to be held Aug. 27. The event is in conjunction with the annual OLC Church Feast Day.
The 5K will start at 11 a.m. at 57 Center Ave., North Tonawanda and finish at 5 p.m. at the same place. The courses are fast and flat and feature a great run through the historic North Tonawanda.
Registration for the 5K is $25; late registration (after Aug. 24) is $27; the 1-mile fun walk is $16; late registration is $20 (after Aug. 25); and a family of four for the 1-mile fun walk is $45 (offer valid through Aug. 25).
The race will include food, refreshments, adult beverages, raffles, activities for the kids and more!
