A woman made a plea on Facebook to help a horse she spotted tied up outside a house with no shelter.
“Does anyone have any idea who or what can be done to help this horse? He is just tied to a house on Route 20 in Evans with no shelter. The SPCA went there and said was all good, police went there said nothing they can do. So this poor animal is out in this weather to what? Die? If anyone has anything to help can you please message me.”
