Please share and help Albany teen’s last wishes come true

Jacob has been fighting a rare form of bone cancer for the past 17 months and when he found out treatment did not work he decided to discontinue and live the rest of his life to the fullest. He has a bucket list and you can help make his last wishes come true.

An Albany teen with a very rare form of bone cancer has decided to cease treatment and enjoy the time he last left in this world. It’s a very sad story, but all Jacob wants to do now is live his life to the fullest and you can help!

Jacob has a bucket list which includes meeting Chris Pratt and Jeff Dunham. Jacob’s mom, Barbara, is a single mom to Jacob and his brother, Lee. They would like to go camping, go on small trips, and go in a space simulator.
