A sad German Shepherd was found roaming the streets alone in the Town of Chautauqua yesterday. He was rescued by kind citizens and is now safe and warm, but his photo made us so sad. We hope he finds a good home soon.
“He is soooo thin, limping on the hind leg. His bare skin is showing and fur is falling out in clumps. So sad looking. A big thank you to the gentleman who helped catch him by giving him some of his sub,” said Sandy Kochanowski in a Facebook post.
Kochanowski said she cried on the way home thinking about this sad dog. The pup is now at the Chautauqua County Humane Society on Strunk Road in Jamestown being cared for. Call 716-665-2209 for more information about adopting this sweet boy.
