Salvatores open Garden Place Hotel to those stranded on Thruway

A local restaurant and hotel has opened its doors to those stranded on the Thruway this evening. Salvatore’s Garden Place Hotel is acting as a warming shelter to those in need after a blizzard caused a 100-car pileup.

Staff are helping those stranded keep warm by providing blankets and warm drinks. Great job, Salvatores. That’s why they call us the City of Good Neighbors.
