Serena has been at the Niagara SPCA shelter since 2016, but it’s a wonder to volunteers as to why because she’s super sweet.
According to SPCA staff, Serena, 7, was in a foster for a year and then returned to the shelter. The reason why it’s been hard to find her a home is because she has to be in an adult only home, which is why she needs someone special. She also has some skin issues that require medication and a bath every few days. But with the right tender love and care, Serena would be the most grateful and happy pup in the world. She is now on grain free food and is doing much better.
If you’re interested in adopting sweet Serena, call the SPCA at 716-731-4368 to set up a meet and greet!
