This week’s theme in the Sweet Buffalo Rocks group was “police” and Jeannie Sullivan of Lockport made the Rock of the Week! Jeannie’s rock was the most “liked” police rock in the group and read “Police officers are our friends.” Here she tells us how she first found out about Sweet Buffalo Rocks and why she loves painting and hiding rocks so much!
“I took my granddaughter fishing and she found a painted rock at the canal and we saw that it was from Sweet Buffalo Rocks. I thought it looked fun to do with her and that’s where it all began. I love painting the rocks to bring joy to others. The police rock I did because a lot of kids think police officers are scary and I’m always telling Olivia that they are your protectors and they’re there to help you when you need them most.”
