TechnoBuffalo CEO offers to pay transport and fees to anyone who adopts Houston shelter dogs

For those who are willing to open their hearts and homes to shelter dogs in Houston, Jon Rettinger, CEO of TechoBuffalo, has offered to pay the fees.

He recently tweeted “With the horrible flooding in Texas so many shelter dogs are fighting 4 their lives. If you adopt one I’ll pay all the fees + transport. RT!”
