11-year-old deaf Shar-Pei surrendered to shelter in need of a home

Meet sweet Ginger. She’s an 11-year-old Shar-Pei who is deaf and needs a home.

“She can’t hear me, but that doesn’t stop me from talking to her and telling her how beautiful she is,” said Pat McMahon, a volunteer at Niagara SPCA.
