With frigid temperatures and a rush to get to work on time, we understand why drivers might want to do the bare minimum to get the snow off the car, but be warned… this could cost you a ticket.
New York State troopers are now issuing tickets to those who don’t brush the snow off their car – and understandably. It’s hard to see whe driving when snow is piled all over the mirrors and back windshield. Not to mention snow falling off the back of a car can lead to accidents.
So take a few extra minutes to get all of the snow off the car or it could cost you a fine of up to $200 and nobody wants that!
