This is not a sweet story at all. A poor dog named Blue is looking for a forever home after his owner’s abandoned him at a local pet resort. Here is the full story from Creature Comforts Pet Resort.
This is “Blue.” His family’s home burned down right before Christmas. They had been staying in a hotel and Blue has been staying at Creature Comforts. His family came to visit him a few times and they were staying in touch with us until a few weeks ago when they stopped returning our calls. It seems to be the saddest outcome for Blue; the family he has had for his entire life have abandoned him at the resort.
Creature Comforts will be fostering him until a new home can be found. He is 7 years old, completely up to date on vaccines and neutered. He is used to living with kids. He has separation anxiety at the resort and is on medication. His anxiety could have been caused from being in the home when the fire broke out.
This sweet dog doesn’t deserve to be abandoned. He deserves a home where he will feel safe and loved again. The resort is looking for a foster or potential forever home ideally local but will consider the perfect home out of the area.
