Does your kid have a knack for entreprenuership? On June 8, WNY children are invited to the first Kidpreneur Expo at Trinity United Methodist Church in Amherst.
“The Kidpreneur Expo consist of an event for kids pursuing an entrepreneurial career,” said Sylvia Collins, event coordinator. “This event will provide a great learning experience for kids in the business industry. Kidpreneurs will have the opportunity to sell their items and understand the basic concepts of return of investment (ROI), breaking even, profit vs loss and many more concepts during their entrepreneurial journey.”
Collins says the goal is to strengthen the children’s minds by exposing them to the idea of ownership and accountability at an early age.
The event will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. Vendor fee is $15. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following: name, name of the business, and contact information.
