Amanda Williamson of Bloom Buffalo created Bloom Boxes last year as a way to give back to charity and support local WNY businesses at the same time.
The Bloom Boxes have recently made a comeback, giving back to those who have been impacted by breast cancer.
Williamson teamed up with John Gatas from the Gatas Real Estate Team to hold a special giveaway for those impacted by breast cancer, not only those diagnosed but also those who care for loved ones battling or work in the field.
“When someone you love is diagnosed with cancer, it impacts more than just the patient diagnosed. We wanted to give others who are impacted a chance to treat themselves to a night of self-care,” said Williamson.
By creating the nomination initiative, Bloom Buffalo and the Gatas Team are giving family members and friends an opportunity to show their friend how much they mean to them.
Nominations are now closed but they had a special announcement to make on News 4 Buffalo. All nominations will receive a box thanks to The Gatas Real Estate Team and friends!
Williamson and Gatas couldn’t pick just 10 stories, so thanks to the generosity of the John Gatas Team, Bloom Buffalo is able to create Bloom Boxes for each nomination they have received.
