In celebration of Northwest Bank’s annual “Week of Giving,” the Kenmore and Starin Office has invited the Erie County SPCA to the branch today to raise funds for the shelter and help animals get adopted.
“In the spirit of giving this holiday season, we’d like to take this opportunity to give back to our community. We invite all of our friends and neighbors to visit us at 690 Kenmore Ave., Buffalo, during the week if they’d like to make a donation or help our cause to give back. It’s great to see our community come together to give to those in need,” said Melanie Mancuso, personal banker.
Today’s event is just part of the Week of Giving where local residents are encouraged to stop by and get involved.
Scheduled events include:
-A visit from the Erie County SPCA crew from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27
-A week long donation bin to collect for the Buffalo City Mission
-A blood donation to UNYTS 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 24
-A closer look into “Sweet Buffalo”
