We told you the story of sweet Serena who has been in and out of the Niagara SPCA shelter since 2016. Her story, which was posted last week, has been shared 20,000 times on Facebook and picked up by a local television station, yet she still hasn’t found a home.
Serena has a severe skin condition that can be maintained if she is given her medication regularly. She’s incredibly kind and loving, she just needs someone to show her that kind of affection back. Serena must be the only animal in the household and cannot live with children under the age of 18. Although she has some restrictions there has to be someone out there that will keep her forever and not leave her when the going gets tough. Read more of her story below.
PS – Serena is moving to a new rescue next week, one that will allow her to be a little less stressed; however a real home would be her real dream come true.
