Juanita Santiago and Brian Benjamin can now call themselves the proud parents of the first set of twins ever to be born at Oishei Children’s Hospital.
Welcome Carmelo and Bryson Benjamin.
“It is amazing. Me and mom are very proud,” said Brian. “We both have big families and wanted a big family of our own. We have six children total!”
The incredible part to this story is that Juanita went into labor Nov. 12 after the Bills lost to the Saints and their third oldest son’s birthday is Nov. 13. After hours of labor, mom had the twins on Brian Jr’s birthday! Now the parents have three sons with the same birthday. Just like our favorite show, This is Us!
“We have a nice size house out in Grand Island and everyone here knows us now. They always say “Oh my God, we saw you guys on TV. You have #TheBenjaminTwins!”
Brian says his children are overjoyed to have two new brothers. Their house is full of excitement and mischief and the parents wouldn’t have it any other way.
