‘I Lived In Buffalo Before It Was Cool’ shirts to benefit Sweet Buffalo Rocks

We just want to give a shout out to our friends at 26 Shirts. They recently raised $1,833 in their recent T-shirt campaign for 4-year-old Bentley Hayden who is battling cancer and now they relaunched their “I Lived In Buffalo Before It Was Cool” T-shirts and hoodies to support Sweet Buffalo Rocks!

Sweet Buffalo Rocks is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that aims to bring smiles to children in need. What started as a rock painting Facebook group that now has close to 35,000 members turned into a charitable organization that assists families all over Western New York. Whether it’s raising funds to help a family with their child’s medical expenses, creating a beautiful room for a child who just lost her mom, sending gifts to children in the hospital, or simply painting a rock, Sweet Buffalo Rocks seeks to do everything they can to bring hope, love and kindness to kids.

“I think it’s great what Sweet Buffalo and Sweet Buffalo Rocks is doing in the WNY community and thought 26 Shirts should be a part of it,” said Del Reid, founder of 26 Shirts.

You can purchase your “I Lived In Buffalo Before It Was Cool Shirt” here: https://26shirts.com/collections/frontpage/products/buffalo-comeback-before-it-was-cool-3. The shirts are only available until April 21.

Sweet Buffalo Rocks also has a Rockin’ Egg Hunt Charity Event coming up from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 20 at Harlem Road Park, West Seneca, to help four WNY families with children battling life-threatening illnesses.
