A local family is experiencing the worst holiday imaginable. Just days before Christmas, a Lancaster family’s home went up in flames. This included a single mom, Penny Ludwig, two sons and two granddaughters. Everyone is OK, including two dogs and a cat who were found safe. One cat is still said to be missing.
