Harmony Heim, 42, of the Town of Niagara has been battling a rare appendix cancer for the past three years. It’s an aggressive cancer and her family and friends are asking for prayers for this brave woman who hasn’t given up hope for a second. She did receive lots of treatment at Roswell but the cancer became so aggressive there was nothing more they were able to do. She was told this news on Feb. 9 and she had this to say.
“I’m not ready to stop fighting.”
She’s now receiving treatment at the University of Chicago. Since she can no longer work, a GoFundMe page has been set up for Harmony to help with medical expenses. Harmony is a mom and a wife.
