A local dad is desperately trying to find his son’s dog, one who he received from his tour in Afghanistan.
LaVerdad Cafe Deli posted the following on its Facebook page.
“I know this page is for my cafe, but I need to help my son find his dog. This hurts me to the core.
Help us find Boomer! My son is home visiting with his sick father. Boomer escaped from my presence on Friday, May 1. My son received his dog from his tour from Afghanistan. He was last spotted in the Lovejoy area near William & Ogden tracks and also near Bailey wooded area across from UPS. Please call 716-602-2076 or +1 (816) 499-2268 for any sight of Boomer. Please don’t chase him.”
