Siblings Liam, 4, and Cullen, 1, of Western New York we’re both born with Spina Bifida, a condition that impacts their spinal cords and has no cure. Their parents are in need of assistance with a wheelchair-accessible vehicle that will provide efficient transportation for them…especially for Liam who is an avid sports lover and is outgrowing his wheelchair as he gets bigger.
The boys’ parents always provide for them in the best way possible, but some things are further out of reach financially when it comes to caring for children with medical issues. The two kids have ongoing health issues that affect them in different ways but one thing they don’t let it affect is their spirit.
These two sweet kids have no intentions of letting their disability define them and that’s why the community is rallying to help Liam and Cullen’s family raise enough funds to obtain a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.
“There is no cure for this condition, but as parents we will do whatever it takes to help them be as successful as they can be!”
